Availability
Rental conditions
Consumption of water, electricity (except for charging of electric cars) & cleaning included. Beds made on arrival are included in the price. Bath and kitchen linen are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home.
Please keep it pleasant for your living environment and for the sleep of your neighbours. For this reason the holiday home will not be rented out for bachelor parties, student associations, drinking parties or stays with loud music. We are a quiet accommodation, with respect for our nature and surroundings.
A deposit of € 300 is requested.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the stay, your deposit will be retained as compensation.
- If cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged.
- If cancelled less than 1 week before arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.
